hihi yes im back t blog !! so yea i was on the fking beetroot diet. so this is how it works.

breakfast : 4 tea biscuits, coffee tea or water, and a fruit.
lunch: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 dry toast, coffee tea or water.
dinner: 1 cup of beetroot, 1 cup of colliflower if tats how u spell it, 1/2 a cup of vanilla diet ice cream and 1 cup of tuna.

so i was at johns house doing it wif marcus and john. and well the first day went well. woke up early, did breakfast then swimming laps. after that lunch and gymming. by then we were wondering why the hell weren't we hungry at all since we usually eat more. and by dinner it was happy time. the meal that was most happy. !! until it came to the fucking beetroot. thx emerson for telling me that it tasted quite nice and not bad. well fuck it it tasted like a piece of shit wif a weird and funny taste.

so the nxt day? me and marcus were thinking if we shld quit cos seriously we were dying. we overslept on breakfast AND lunch. and so we decided to quit. and now it feels like shit knowing i wont lose weight. FUCK.

oh well i guess tats all for now. busy watching tv too lazy to blog. BYEBYE.

hihi everybody. haha im home and its boring so i decided to turn to this rubbish. haha. well yes only reason why im home again is im sick and back to get money!! woot. in 2-3 weeks ive been home 3 days and 2 nights. hahaha so fun. made shit load of new friends since the start of the holidays. and my god all the stupid stuff that happened. well kinda miss zaad and the rest lol i sleep too late into the afternoon everyday to actually go to dome or wherever they are to find them...yepyep well marcus john and leon are doing the diet now -.- haha. and i got dxo to go to tonight with ken and mat and all. haha followed by flow haha made lots and lots of money cooool and anyway ailin you owe me big time still for clearing your tickets for you at surge. pretty much nuts to do at home o well cant believe i woke up so early lol i have a fever i just realised. haha. well i shall leave the house soon and back to john's to visit them and watch them suffer during their diet haha. bye.
